Cleaning with Dry Ice, Is a new development and is sweeping across the USA.

This cleaning method is environmentally friendly since it leaves behind no added toxic residue to also later be cleaned.

It is somewhat like sandblasting or high-pressure water or steam blasting.

However, Dry Ice Blasting has superior results. The temperature of Dry Ice is -109.3F or -78.5C. The extreme cold of dry ice causes the grime/grease to shrink and loose its' adhesion to the surface of the item being cleaned.

The rapid expansion of dry ice as it transforms back into a gas, simply imagine a single grain of rice suddenly becoming 800 times its original size. This type of expansion can only be described as explosive making dry ice cleaning incredibly effective with "Hard-To-Clean" items.

It works with small rice size pellets of Dry Ice that are shot out of a jet nozzle with compressed air.
